Ronald K. Girlinghouse, DDS

Our founder

Dr. Ronald K. Girlinghouse grew up in Louisiana and graduated from the LSU School of Dentistry. He started his general practice in Fort Smith in 1980.

He has always believed in giving back to the community and has served many charitable organizations. He served 23 years in the Arkansas Air National Guard and retired as a Colonel.

Dr. Ron is an avid pilot and still enjoys flying away for a weekend. As a testament to his commitment to continually growing, he attained his commercial pilot’s license at age 65.

In 2000, he realized that dentures were too expensive for many folks. He discovered a tremendous markup by commercial dental labs for denture teeth. By buying the teeth directly and having the lab in each office, he could pass those savings along to the patient. That is when he started Dentures Today, with the idea that we could provide quality care without having to make patients feel like they are herded through. We operate by appointment and respect your time.

Dentures Today has two offices in Fort Smith and Van Buren. We continue to offer great value by providing first-quality dentures at a reasonable price. Our motto will always be ‘affordable quality, close to home.’

Dr. Paige Linson

Dr. Paige Linson has known she wanted to become a dentist since she was young, inspired by her parents, both of whom practiced dentistry. Her mother, Dr. Debra Girlinghouse, made history as the first female dentist in Fort Smith. Today, Dr. Linson is proud to continue her family’s legacy of care and is especially honored to work alongside her father, Dr. (Col.) Ron Girlinghouse.

As a Fort Smith native, Dr. Linson feels deeply connected to the community she serves. She truly enjoys coming to work each day and is passionate about educating patients on their oral health. She believes in collaborating with other providers when needed to ensure each patient receives the highest-quality care and the best possible outcome. Her personal motto reflects her approach: “I will treat you the way I would want to be treated with compassion and empathy.”

Outside the office, Dr. Linson treasures time with her husband, Larry, and their three young children, including twins! Life is busy and joyful in their household, and family remains at the heart of everything she does.

Dr. Linson, along with our other dedicated doctors, would love to help you achieve your best smile at any of our locations. Call today to schedule your FREE consultation!
